Costello Investments, LLC has been in the land development business for over 35 years; and most recently developed residential, multi-family, industrial, office and commercial land in the communities of Sioux Falls, Hartford, Harrisburg and Tea.
In addition to land development and sales, Costello Investments LLC is an owner in over 1,375 apartment units in South Dakota, Nebraska and Wyoming. Costello Investments also provides development and consulting services to investors in new and rehabilitated apartment complexes, specializing in tax credit and HUD programs. Related companies include Costello Property Management, Costello Compliance and BlackWing Elite Builders Inc.

Tom Costello and his brother Dan are the Owners of Costello Investments LLC. Tom and Dan Costello are fourth generation leaders from a family committed to making a difference in the affordable housing industry. Tom’s involvement in Costello Companies includes ownership, property management, development, consulting, sales and construction.

Joan is the Managing Director of Costello Companies and has been with the company for 22 years. She has been involved in and overseen the development of over 40 affordable housing complexes in South Dakota and Wyoming. She is also an owner in several apartment complexes and the management company, Costello Property Management.
Bonnie Mogen

Bonnie has been the Director of Development since 2013 and has over 20 years of experience in land and housing developments. She also managed the development of several tax credit projects prior to her employment at Costello Companies.
